To actually open your ticket, you’ll be asked for some more mandatory info, like product pictures, detected issue and proof of purchase.

The ticket must be filled in all its parts to request technical assistance.
To request warranty assistance it is essential to attach a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, in the absence of these, the warranty will expire immediately. After product reception and issue analysis, PIPPOWHEELS Srl staff will contact you to confirm if the repair will be considered under warranty or to provide a quote.

The wheels must be sent to PIPPOWHEELS S.r.l. Via S. Venier, 15 – 36100 Vicenza (VI).
The wheels must be shipped clean and without covers, tape paranipples, brake disc, sprocket set, locks, accessories.
